I can't say enough good things about the 3 young men at the Branson Arby's tonight. I came in one minute until close, thinking that I wouldn't be served but James, Christian and david went above and beyond good service! They happily filled my order, they were friendly, helpful, and definitely made me want to revisit this location! The manager James especially helped me in every way that he could with my coupons with a friendly smile on his face and was so professional and nice:) Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I wanted to give a shout out to Benjamin in the drive through. I know how busy our local Arby's can get and I absolutely appreciated how clear and punctual Benjamin was over the drive thru speaker. I also really appreciated how he took the time to repeat back what I said with each item. It was definitely one of the best drive thru interactions I've had. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
