Decided to go to Arby's. The food was great, and service was quick and friendly. Went to the drive thru. It was very hard to get thru it. Cones in the way. Their building is in a bad spot. I wish they would move to a better location. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Recommended dishes: Beef and Cheddar

High-quality meats are what we do best, Tammy! We’re so happy to hear your meal was delicious and the service was fast. We apologize for the tight drive-thru layout and the cones in your way. Your feedback has been shared with our team to help improve our lane navigation, and we thank you for your support!

Customer service 10/10. Please fix that busted parking lot. I had to monuver the truck, to be able to get in the drive-thru lane. I saw a customer leave because he couldn't figure it out, lol. I can't take away any stars because my kids enjoy the food and I didn't have to eat outside in the parking lot. Just a little advise.

While a 10/10 customer service rating makes our team incredibly proud, navigating a busted parking lot like an obstacle course is definitely not the goal. We appreciate the heads-up about the tricky drive-thru lane, and we will get this over to our facilities team to check out the layout and pavement so getting your truck through is a total breeze.
