Food was good but maybe a little overpriced for fast food (2 sandwiches was almost $19 including tax). Service was prompt. We went through the drive through. Price per person: $10–20

Response from the owner hace 2 meses

We are glad to hear your food was good and the drive-thru service was prompt, Debra! However, we completely understand your feelings about the final bill. We always want our guests to feel like they are getting excellent value for their hard-earned money, so your feedback regarding our pricing is headed straight to our management team for review.

I understand by now that no one in Arkansas understands what Fast Food means. But this has to be the slowest of the state, I expected a staff of geriatric the way this was going.

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

We know you came for the meats, not the wait. We’re sorry our speed was off. We want to get you back to your favorites faster, and we'll be taking a closer look to make sure this is addressed.

I bought 3 #2 roast beef sandwiches for lunch. But they didn't look even like #1 roast beef sandwiches. They all looked like my ex wife had sat on them. Including the buns. Other than that they were good. And that horsey sauce. Its 3x better than mayo and miracle whip. I wish you could get it at a store. I love Arby's. I wish the town iv lived 3/4 of my life in had an Arby's.

Thanks for sharing your feedback and for the love, Jeff! We're glad you enjoyed the flavor overall. We'll share your note about the sandwich presentation with the team so we can keep improving.
