I ordered the roast turkey ranch and bacon sandwich meal. There was so much ranch on it, the bread was almost soggy. The fries were just the tiny pieces left over, there were no curls in the curly fries. That being said, my service was excellent. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

We are thrilled to hear your service was excellent, Barbara, but we hate that your meal didn't live up to that same high standard. Drowning a sandwich in so much ranch that the bread turns soggy, paired with a bag of leftover fry scraps, completely misses the mark on our quality control. We are passing this feedback to the kitchen management so they can balance out the sauces and keep our legendary curls intact.

The aujus was cold, my Swiss sandwich was cold and sloppy. The french fries were stale cold dried out.. don't know what happened there today but it was a horrible experience I hope it gets fixed Arby's is a good place, but not this one today.
