I got three drinks and was told they didn’t have a carrier and I only have one cup holder my car. Then I was giving my food with no bag. This keeps happening at this same location. Why do you never have a cupholder? I mean just order some. There’s no way you’re out every time I come. Unfortunately, I always have to order for three or more people. And I’m usually by myself so how am I driving home with that many drinks? Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Response from the owner hace 4 meses

Balancing multiple drinks and loose food containers while trying to drive home safely is a total nightmare, Michelle. Running out of basic packaging like bags and cup carriers repeatedly is a major failure in how we run our inventory. We are contacting the appropriate team for this specific store immediately to ensure they get these essential supplies ordered and stocked for our guests.
