Food was good but lerisa and cat were very mean to Tyler Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace 4 meses

This behavior is completely unacceptable and does not reflect Arby’s values. We are deeply concerned by your report, Nicolas, and will investigate immediately.

We paid $8.89 for the bbq Mac and cheese. Not worth it from what we got. The “pulled pork” was not appetizing. Consisted of 2 chunks of fatty pork and a small piece which was slightly pulled. Mac and cheese tasted good but for $9 I would expect more food in the quart size. Would recommend to just get a side of Mac and cheese and not their new bbq Mac. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Hi Kolby, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We're sorry to hear that the Quarter Pound Pulled Pork Bowl didn't meet your expectations. We'll make sure your feedback is shared with the appropriate team to address these concerns.
