Always good. Last time I went, the lady working drive thru had exceptional customer service.! She is an example to be followed by all fast food, drive thru associates!!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

My family and I drove 10 hours & and was going to stop for dinner at 7:00. p.m before going to our hotel & the lobby was closed/locked with no sign/reason on the door. We went through drive thru. Ordered our food. Got up to pay. Then was told that you all were out of MEAT?!? Like WHAT??? HOW does this happen? Isn’t that y’alls saying? lol. “We have the meats?” We went down the road to Mickey D’s. Not as good, but at least they had food.

The new box they have it is a great value, regular roast beef, 2 cheese sticks, fries any kind, an egg roll peach pie and a drink! Arby's has it all covered, so far the one downtown on 5th is the best! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
