Okay so typically I do not review fast food places unless they are horrible... The food here was good and the place was very clean and presentable but the front staff made this place great. I had my 4 children and the lady at the register was kind, funny, outgoing and just a very pleasant person to talk to and she was professional. 100% will be back. Keep up the OUTSTANDING job! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We love hearing that our front counter crew made a standard fast-food run feel so incredibly special for your family. Managing a meal with four kids can be a handful, Michael, so we are thrilled our team brought that outstanding energy and professionalism. We can't wait to welcome you all back for another great round of sandwiches!

I didn’t get my 3 pennies because the lady at the window said: “ Arby’s don’t give change because the government don’t print pennies.” She was rude and ignorant. The same thing happened at the Arby’s on 100 Woodlake. What is happening with all of the pennies being collected by businesses who use this fraud for profit. A class action lawsuit is coming.

Response from the owner hace 5 meses

We take financial security and guest trust very seriously. We’re sorry for the concern this has caused, Flora. This will be addressed as quickly as possible.

My mother goes to this Arby's often. She wanted to give a shout out to the manager Brian. He always makes sure her food is correct and HOT. He always comes to speak to her and always has a smile on his face. Customer service is top tier. She can not brag enough about how great they always treat her at this location. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
