Ask my finace to swing by here and get food while I got fuel. Ordered pulled up to the window paid. They asked her to pull up. No one behind her. She sat at the door for 19 minutes for 2 fry’s a chicken sandwich and some tenders. She pulls off to meet me and there are no tenders in the bag. I took the bag inside dude said “I can drop some tenders it’ll be 5 minutes.” I see the I’m assuming manger grabbing the tenders out of the hot box puts them in a bag and said here! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Making your fiancée wait nearly twenty minutes in an empty drive-thru lane only to leave out the tenders is a massive strikeout, Adrian. To make matters worse, telling you it would take another five minutes when the food was just sitting right there in the hot box makes no sense. We are huddling up with this shift crew right away to fix our drive-thru pacing and our communication at the counter.

I rarely leave reviews, but this Arby’s location is the single worst fast food experience I have ever had. Ordered the special “meat and 3 box” at 6:20 pm and walked out the door with no food or update on my order at 6:57. Door dasher had also been waiting for 30 minutes. As someone who works in the service industry I find this horrific. There was no one to call out what was needed to fill orders, and when they did inquire from the staff preparing the sandwiches he had no clue what order he was evening working on. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My favorite Arby's. The staff is well-trained, polite, and fast. The restaurant is clean and organized. The potato cakes are always hot and fresh. Price per person: $10–20
