Ordered a double roast beef, paid for it, got a single, stone cold, got a small drink, not medium, got stone cold fries. Do better!!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

There is absolutely no excuse for cold fries and a shortchanged sandwich when you are paying for a premium meat run. We take serious pride in stacking those roast beef layers high and serving everything piping hot, so we completely missed the shift here. We will be reviewing this with the kitchen crew immediately to ensure they are double-checking accuracy and temperature.

This is my favorite location in cincinnati. They are always nice and helpful. Today they having a problem with the app and the registers. So they gave me my meal for free. I was just getting the free turnover and mozzarella sticks for your birthday. I didn't get the name of the young man that help me, I really appreciate it. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was not that great today. The blonde manager is big on utilizing everything with no waste. The buns are always hard and fries were like the end of the bin and cold. Plus she bagged the fries way early while waiting on the 2nd sandwich. I often tell myself I need to get a new idea of a sandwich that won't sit on rack and dry up. We had to go do takeout as I am busy with family stuff. I will say I felt bad for a customer that came in to order take out. The girl sat down to eat and the manager snipped and said something about she needs charged for eating in. Again refer back to the nothing is wasted above. Pattern. The girl even came up to pay said tax and manager was snippy. She even ordered mozzarella cheese sticks to make up the tax difference. It is not the first run in with her. I was in the drive-thru and she got snippy over extra sauce. I asked for 1 horseradish sauce and 3 arby. She said "1 per sandwich" and then "only 1 extra each". Just go in and you can get whatever you want. Was it really worth it to snip when it is help yourself inside? Went in and got my 3 arby and 1 horseradish sauce. I feel like most customers are nice. That manager can be nice and kind..she is just snippy also. I would never work there and know of kids that quit quickly. They are often short staffed. Maybe reevaluate how you are treating employees and customers. We like this Arby's mostly. We can all learn and grow somewhere. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
