Your standard arby's, that you see across America. Nothing spectacular to see always something good to eat. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We appreciate the honest review, Kevin! We might not be a fancy spectacle, but keeping our menu consistently delicious from coast to coast is exactly what we aim for. Thanks for stopping by to grab a reliable bite!

I stopped by here for a quick lunch, but it was unfortunately a pretty subpar experience. My sandwich was served cold, which was really disappointing, and the dining area did not look like it had been cleaned in quite a while. It felt like they were really understaffed, and the service was just slow and unorganized. I usually enjoy a quick meal here, but this visit just wasn't up to standard. Price per person: $60–70 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Hi Nishimoto, that’s not the experience we want for our fans. We take your feedback seriously and will be sure to review this with our team to address the issues you mentioned. We're sorry for the cold sandwich and unclean dining area. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Just picked up lunch for my kids here today. I decided not to check my order figuring it would be fine since I only ordered 3 sandwiches and few curly fries. But I was wrong. When I got home there was a beef and cheddar missing and two cups of the cheese sauce for the fries. Also, the other beef and cheddar was cold so not sure it was just sitting on the counter for an hour. How hard is it to make 3 sandwiches and a few fries and put them in a bag. I called them and Katelyn told me that I would have a credit if and whenever I decide to go back to this Arby's again. Food: 1 Service: 1

An Arby’s meal simply isn't complete when a favorite sandwich and the cheese dips are missing. We’re sorry for the oversight with your kids' meal, David. We'll be taking a closer look to make sure this is addressed.
