I go to order sometimes and theyll know exactly what I want! Great Arby's kind employees. Keep it up :) Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

This review is meat-tastic, Claire! Nothing beats being greeted by a team that knows your favorite order. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to the staff at this location—they’ll be happy to hear they made your day.

Sometimes it's a real mess. Had to start an order over 4 times once amd just gave up. Definitely don't go during off hours it becomes a real gamble. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Response from the owner hace 4 meses

We’re sorry for the frustration of having to repeat yourself so many times, Matt. No guest should have to give up on their order because of a lack of communication or focus. We’ll notify the appropriate team about your experience so they can address shift-to-shift consistency and make sure our late-night or off-hour service is just as "on point" as our lunch rush.

We got charged for a eat in order but we told them it was to go. Our food took a while to get ready. We assumed it was because they were making fresh fries. Our sandwhiches were made quickly, but by the time we got our food the fries were soggy and the sandwhiches were barely warm. I love Arbys, but this was not the greatest today. Arby’s is all about high-quality, hot meats, and it sounds like we fell short today, Katie. We’re sorry your fries were soggy and your sandwiches were not served warm. We’ll be sure to review this with our team and hope you’ll consider giving us another chance to provide the experience you expect.
