Walking into an unclean restaurant with unprofessional service and tiny portions completely misses the mark, Martha. While we do weigh our meat to ensure consistency across the board, it should always look like a premium, satisfying meal—not a rip-off that leaves you wanting to give us a zero. We are getting our kitchen crew together right away to scrub down the restaurant, fix our service standards, and ensure our assembly meets expectations.
