The male manager took my order. I wasn’t greeted. While telling him my order he was making a sour face. I asked him was he irritated? He didn’t answer me. So I went on to say that when I worked her many many years ago Brynn Knight was my store manager but I hear now that she married her longtime boyfriend. She’s now the district manager I heard. He just looked down at the register. He was creepy and weird for what? Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace 2 meses

We are so sorry to hear about this incredibly awkward and unprofessional interaction, Nicole. A manager should always greet you warmly, not make sour faces or ignore you when you try to strike up a conversation about your own history with the company. We are escalating this report straight to the local management team to ensure this manager's strange behavior and lack of basic hospitality are addressed immediately.

Dipper sauce is watered down. This place is contentedly out of something like every week. Out of lettuce, cheese, red sauce and ect. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace 5 meses

Hi Sarah, we’re sorry your experience was affected by the sauce and missing ingredients. That’s not the standard we aim for, and we’ll share your feedback with our team to help improve consistency and ensure every order is complete and flavorful.
