The last four or five times the service has been non-existent if you actually go into the dining room. So this time I went through drive thru because it's what my mom wanted to eat. They are never so busy that they have any reason for the long wait times just to even be greeted, food is always cold and old. I think that was the last opportunity I'm willing to give. Money to hard to come by for it to be given to an establishment that can't even give you hot fresh food that you're paying for. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Arby's roast beef always good. The night time drive thru guy is fast, but sometimes has an attitude. Customer service means a lot, store could use some updates. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
