Order food through Door Dash they didn’t have the sandwich they were pushing in the advertisement. So it doesn’t tell you that when you order. I chose to replace it it’s a $13+ sandwich with a two sandwiches 1/2 pound roast beef and a buffalo chicken slider. Didn’t get the slider. They decided on their own to give some kind of frozen drink which ended up down the sink. Anyway I’m owed $4 which I will never get. Doubt I will order anything from this place again. We aim for 100% accuracy, but it sounds like we dropped the ball on your order. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and oversight with your slider and the shake. We value your feedback and will review it with our team to ensure we’re providing the experience you expect.
