You're absolutely able to tell who the manager is, I think her name was Samantha, is the only reason this store isn't getting ONE star. The young lady at the register was rude, and on her phone the entire time. There was a young man who was not in uniform, Im not sure he even worked there, behind the counter. The orders took 15+ minutes to get out because Samantha was the only person helping the customers appropriately. I hope that moving forward things get better. This Arby's used to be so good. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
