I'm from out-of-state. I come over to defiance to work through the week and go home on the weekends. I love eating arby's back home. So I went to this arby's, and the only reason that I gave a 2 star was because the Potato cakes were hard and old and that was supposed to be a large and as you can see in the picture I get 3 and the corner of one. The young lady at the window was very kind and nice and the gentleman I talked to over the speaker was nice. Just the fact that I got old and hard food, really upset me. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Handing over an ice-cold, messy sandwich that forces you to throw your meal away is a massive miss against our standards, Morgan. We take immense pride in crafting hot, fresh, and neatly stacked sandwiches, so leaving you feeling like your money was completely wasted is unacceptable. We are addressing this directly with our kitchen crew to get our food temperature and assembly completely locked in.
