Terrible do not recommend. Whoever the cook was yesterday between 430-5pm has absolutely no pride in their job. Seriously who would serve this to a customer! Worst waste of $6.. I've never had thick cut roast beef or black roast beef... Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We’re known for our high-quality meats, so hearing your Roast Beef Sandwich wasn't up to par is a big concern for us. We’re sorry, Kay. We'll share your feedback with the appropriate team to make sure this is addressed.

Can you give 0 stars? I came here because of a coupon. I was told multiple times it wasn’t going to work. This specific coupon was to give me a free kids meal. Simple. After them finally facilitating the coupon, the person at the window handed us a cup of water. I immediately told them I’m supposed to get a bottled water with the kids meal. The manager said that that’s not what the menu said and proceeded to disregard our request. So I took a picture of the menu, where it says bottled water, and walked back inside to let her know they may need to update this sign. If not, be more apologetic as a manager, if you aren’t able to provide what your menu says you do. As I came inside and awaited patiently behind a customer, she looked at me and said rudely and with attitude, sir regardless of what you are about to do, I’m not going to be giving you a bottled water. This is unacceptable and completely and utterly wrong. I cussed her out and headed out. Deserved. Won’t be coming back until they fire this day manager.

We only went thru the drive thru but the service was excellent. The young man at the window was friendly and engaging. Our sandwiches were delivered quickly and with a smile. Everything was made correctly and not just slapped together. From what I could see thru the windows the kitchen/ dining areas were clean and organized. Unlike the Arby's in my neighborhood this one seemed really nice. I'd come back :) Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
