After being there for 10 minutes inside finally started to order only to find out they were out of roast beef and it was going to take as the lady said a while to get my food I only have a half hour for lunch and unfortunately I wasted my time trying to eat at Arby's. If you are not able to fulfill orders close the door instead of wasting everybody's lunch hour I don't understand that. Two people were standing inside from the drive-thru when I got there and the three people waiting to order in front of me left because of how long it took if your short-staffed I understand if you're unable to do the job to close the doors. In the future I will know to look if the parking lot is full of customers in their cars they were told to pull around and wait from the drive-thru don't even bother going inside Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sandwiches old and dry. Not enough cheese. We didn't get the pies we ordered. And the peach cobbler was burnt. Really bad..Dont order from this Arbys..Urber driver great. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
