pretty empty so our choice of seating. tables were clean. I had to 'convince' the manager to let me have a tray for our food and drinks. I shouldn't have had to ask 3 times. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

We're glad you found a clean table and a comfortable spot, R. L., but we apologize for the hassle in getting a food tray. You shouldn't have to ask multiple times for something so simple. This is not the level of hospitality we aim to provide. We'll address this with the appropriate team to ensure we meet our guests' needs promptly, and we hope to improve your experience next time!

I come here quite often and every time theres a small dark haired woman named bri who is always leaving the window while having you wait a long time and then hands you the food and shuts the window as fast as possible to avoid you asking for anything extra and walks away, i had to honk my horn after she walked away and asked a different worker for some salt packets and he just kept repeating “theyre in the bag” but i did not see them and still asked for more and the guy was just being so stingy about some condiments. mind you i waited in line 5 minutes for 4 potato cakes with no cars ahead of me and either their oil was bad or they overcooked the potatoes but they didnt even look or taste the best so yeah 1/10 Meal type: Breakfast

This is definitely not the bold, friendly service we aim for at Arby’s. We’re sorry our team missed the mark on hospitality at the Drive-Thru, Hannah. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially with the overall service that fell short during your visit. We’ll review this to ensure we’re providing the experience you expect.
