It is always frustrating when one piece of the puzzle isn't right, and we are so sorry your roast beef wasn't piping hot alongside the rest of your order, Randy. We want every sandwich off our slicer to be absolutely perfect. I was behind someone with a very large order. ($40). I was expecting a long wait but was pleasantly surprised when the large order was placed and processed very QUICKLY and my wait was very short. I saw TEAMWORK with the cook, mgr, and employee all working together to fill the orders. Well done Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It's been about 5 years since I've eaten at an Arby's and now I remember why. Although the food was good, and I got some good online deals, the experience was a mess. When I pulled up in the drive-thru, they said they didn't have my order, but then someone else checked and did find it. While they were getting it ready, I could hear people inside yelling at each other. When I got home, I realized that they had omitted all of the sauces for each item in my order (2x ketchup, 1x marinara, 1x Arby's sauce, 1x horseradish), and the drink was Diet Coke with ice instead of Dr Pepper without. We’re glad you enjoyed the food, Austin, but an Arby’s meal isn’t complete when the sauces are missing. We’re sorry for the oversight, the incorrect drink, and the service you experienced in our drive-thru. This is definitely not the bold, friendly service we aim for at Arby’s.
