Food was good as always but the guy taking the orders was very rude while we were ordering, we just about left. Have no idea what his name is because the name on the reciept said the order person. When we got to the windows he kept side eyeing us he knew how rude he was being and the woman with him knew it too, she looked a little embarrassed. There was three cars behind us and you could hear him being rude to them as well. I love Arby's!!! Dubuque is the only place we go that has one, but I think we will find another place to go. It is nonsense to go to a fast food restaurant to be treated like crap. Especially if it is going to cost me 30.00 for two meals. I am guessing he was between 40 to 50 years old. Probably shouldn't be work this type of job if he is going to be that rude. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

This is definitely not the bold, friendly service we aim for at Arby’s. We’re sorry our team missed the mark on hospitality, Andrea. We'll review it to ensure we're providing the experience you expect.
