I always have great service whenever I go. Management is top notch. Restaurant is always clean along with the bathrooms.

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

It sounds like our local leadership team is running a tight ship and delivering the total package on every single visit, Christopher. Thank you for recognizing their hard work to keep things clean and welcoming, and we look forward to your next pit stop.

Normally I love the Arby's experience. In this particular store the beef & cheddar sandwich was close to perfection. However, no matter how great that was it is rude to get a large order of crinkle fries that are mostly broken tiny bits and cold. All I ask is that if I'm spending $20, the fries should be better and HOT. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

Response from the owner hace 5 meses

We appreciate the honesty, Robert! While we’re happy the sandwich hit the mark, we're sorry about the fries. Cold 'bits and pieces' are definitely not what we aim for. We’re committed to doing better on your next visit to ensure the whole meal is fresh and hot. See you then!

I came in and got my usual and it very good but there was a middle aged lady named Darla being very rude and disrespectful to a younger employee and It just kinda ruined my day. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Response from the owner hace 7 meses

We expect our crew to be at the top of their game, and it sounds like we missed the mark, Shane. We’re sorry for the experience. We’ll be looking into this to ensure it’s addressed.
