I asked for a fresh chicken can't even get a fresh chicken when I asked politely the person the front door or cashier didn't even acknowledge what I said wanted curly fries but they were out how can you be out of curly fries and run a restaurant Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We went to the Effingham Arby's on 1/12/25 around 1:00 . We ordered the fish and a chicken wrap. The wrap was so old that when we picked it up it snapped like a potato chip and the cheese looked like it had been sitting out for days. The fish did not look done and had a very nasty smell. Needless to say we threw both sandwiches away and went somewhere else. Considering the price for fast food we will not be going back. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30
