So just when I thought I found an Arby's that might be decent you prove me wrong. I deleted my raving review and I've changed it. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and had a dollar coupon for a fry. If this is a quarter pound of food I think I got a quarter pound of bread. And I didn't get an option for my fry size even though that's what the code said. Fries were old. And it was a small that wasn't even full. Also what the heck is wrong with customer service that you don't offer napkins or ask if anybody wants a condiment in the drive-thru?? There's nothing like driving down the road or pulling over to eat your sandwich and not having one freaking napkin to wipe your face or your hands. Hi Anita, that’s not the experience we want for our guest. We're sorry to hear about the issues with your Pulled Pork Sandwich and fries. We'll be sure to review this with our team, including the concerns about service in the drive-thru. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
