Person at the drive through was impatient and rude. Ordered the new brisket bbq sandwich which came with no bbq sauce, 1 pickle and barely any meat. For a $16 meal I paid a lot for a bun and barely anything else. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We have the meats, so hearing that your premium brisket meal showed up with barely any meat or sauce is completely unacceptable. That lackluster assembly combined with a rude attitude at the window is definitely not how we roll, Nicholas. We are addressing this directly with local leadership to ensure our kitchen standards and hospitality are completely locked in.

When I worked for Arby's many years ago, we were expected to get food out to the customer in 90 seconds. Today I waited for 11 minutes. Additionally, I ordered a double beef and cheddar, and I was definitely given a classic. I always order the same thing, I know what it should be. Usually I would call my experience with this Arby's average, but today they failed to live up to even that. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
