I ordered a jamocha shake in the drive thru and was given a shake thats mostly white with a tiny beige swirl in it and it tastes just like vanilla not the jamocha flavor at all.

The Jamocha Shake is an absolute icon, so getting a cup of plain vanilla instead is a major disappointment, Sierra. We are sorry for the mix-up. We'll be using your feedback to help improve moving forward.

This Arby's is awful. Their food quality is very poor, it's dirty, and I've gotten sick twice now. Don't bother getting their 2/$7 fish special, they were so overcooked they were like a hockey puck and there was almost no fish even in them. You couldn't chew them at all, they went in the garbage. The manager (???) Kendall was super rude as well Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
