I placed an order and waited over 20 minutes with no food. Because I had to get back to work, I went inside and asked for a refund instead. While I waited to be helped, staff took orders from customers who arrived after me and served their food first. When I asked for my money back, I was told there are no in-store refunds — that I’d need to provide my name, address, and phone number for a refund to be mailed within two weeks. I’ve never encountered that policy at any other fast food location, and no one could explain why. The employees I dealt with were Carrie (listed as a trainer) and Christol (GM). Based on how I was treated compared to other customers, this felt like discrimination to me, and I’d like it addressed. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I always love stopping here when I need a quick and tasty bite on the road. The roast beef sandwiches are always super fresh and hit the spot, plus those curly fries are honestly the best thing ever. The staff is usually pretty quick even when it gets busy, so I never have to wait long to get back on my way.
