We came through the drive through and ordered 2 classic chicken sandwiches and two roast beef and cheddar sandwiches for my father-in-law that’s 86 years old and when we got to his house, he opened a classic chicken sandwich and the chicken was so tough that he couldn’t even pull it apart with his teeth. O I’ll just pull it apart with my hands he said, but couldn’t even pull it apart hardly with his hands. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Delivering an unchewable, tough chicken sandwich completely goes against our commitment to high-quality food, Wendy. Your father-in-law deserved a great meal, and serving something cooked so poorly that it couldn't even be broken apart by hand is a major breakdown of our standards. We are addressing this directly with store management to fix their food preparation immediately.
