When I walked in there was only only person sitting in the dining area. Not a customer, but a random trucker on his headset talking with his shoes kicked off, relaxing like it's his livingroom. Floors is dirty as hell & bits of trash everywhere. When I was given my change I was short $.04. When I asked why, I was told that they are no longer carrying pennies. I asked for a nickel back then. Just because this company has decided to stop carrying pennies without adjusting their prices to be available to give proper change, it's not coming from my pocket. (This is petty, but I stand my ground) This employee became sarcastic & dismissal, but in the end gave me my nickel with an eye roll. I told him it's not on time but on the company. I asked his name, but he turned & walked away. His name tag was covered by the collar on his shirt. Now his picture is posted on here. Food was really good & always is. However, I will not be coming back to this location. There's a Burger King across the street. Price per person: $10–20

Walking into a messy dining room only to be shortchanged and eye-rolled by a sarcastic employee is completely unacceptable, Aiden. While we are glad the food tasted great, our crew has no right to withhold your change or hide their name tags when called out on it. We are contacting this location's leadership team immediately to handle the lobby cleanliness and retrain the staff on exact cash handling and basic hospitality. You shouldn't have to fight for your money or deal with an attitude just to get a meal.

Having the paper wrapper completely fuse to your sandwich bun makes the whole meal a total waste, Alejandro. That happens when the food is either wrapped too tightly or left sitting under heat lamps for way too long. We are checking in with our kitchen line right away to make sure our wrapping and holding procedures are done right.

The Arby's at the Wytheville Pilot was terrible. The apethetic young man who took my order yawned twice. I hadn't had a Beef & Cheddar in ages so I ordered one; it tasted nothing like I remembered. In fact, it tasted so bad that I couldn't eat the small sandwich. I took it apart and and saw part of it was very undercooked. 100% do not recommend. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
