I asked for a #1. That’s about as simple as it gets, but did they make it simple question? Of course not! They followed up by asking if I wanted the beef and cheddar, so I said yes, hence why I asked for the #1. Then he asked me if I want the sandwich or the meal and I have to remind him at this point that the #1 literally is the meal. I didn’t ask for a sandwich. I asked for the #1. Not that hard. One of the most simplest tasks possible was turned into a five minute chore. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Ordering the classic #1 combo should be about as fast and effortless as it gets on a quick meal run. Turning a simple menu request into a confusing five-minute interrogation completely defeats the purpose of hitting our drive-thru, Aleha. We are going to sync up with this location's headset crew immediately to retrain them on our basic combo numbering and menu fluency.
