I have been to this Arby's numerous times in the past few weeks and the new employee I believe her name is Kimberly has over exceeded my expectations every visit. She is kind, compassionate and caring to every customer. I sat and looked at the way she was with every elderly customer going out of her way to help and making sure they were taken care of and happy. She helped beyond what was expected .This is the reason I will continue to support this business in Fort Scott. She has a one of a kind spirit and Arbys should be proud to have an employee like this on their Team. I also noticed other younger employees just standing around and she was cleaning and stocking and kept making sure everything was clean and sufficient. Job well done . We take massive pride in team members who consistently exceed expectations, and Kimberly is clearly knocking it out of the park in Fort Scott, Shawna. Her compassion for our guests and her relentless hustle to keep things stocked and clean set a legendary standard for the whole kitchen. 19 minutes waiting in the drive through and they still screwed up my order. Looking in through drivethru window I think only one of the three people in there was working. Ridiculous Arbys...do better. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

You gotta do better folks. I don't care if I'm buying a sandwich or a car, I want my money's worth. Organization and consistency is everything in managing any service. Uprising a fry doesn't solve problems. Had i wanted a large id have ordered that but I get the gesture. It doesn't matter what you give to make up for failures, you cannot put a price on someone's time. 20 mins for a simple sandwich and fries us not ok. Nor trying to pawn a small fry in a medium cup and hope I don't say anything works. Very poor management practice. Again, do better. We the customer is the only reason you exist in your roles.
