I ordered a #2 classic roast beef sandwich. I got a sloppy #1. No chance to go back because we're traveling. So just wasted my money. Thanks so much Arby's. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10

We aim for 100% accuracy, but it sounds like we dropped the ball on your classic roast beef sandwich, Alison. We’re sorry for the mix-up, and will use your comments to continue improving.

The food was amazing! We were greeted and staff was friendly. Dining area was clean and items were stocked. Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Curly Fries, Arby's Signature Sandwiches

There is nothing better than pulling up to the window and being greeted by a genuinely polite face. Thank you for the awesome shout-out to our drive-thru rockstar, Kelley! Our teams work hard to keep good customer service alive and well alongside our legendary meats.

Did an online order, when I pulled up to the speaker no one would say anything so I have to say hello a few times till they answered. When I pulled up to the window the lady looked very unhappy. She handed me my food and I asked can I please have more horsey sauce. The lady working very loudly yelled “no I put a handful in the bag” she then slammed the window. She was very rude to me! I got down the road and opened my food and she only put 2 sauces in the bag. Awful customer service!!!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is definitely not the bold, friendly service we aim for at Arby’s. We’re sorry our team missed the mark on hospitality today, Paige. We'll review this to ensure we're providing the experience you expect.
