Thank you for shouting out our nice staff, Gary, but a ham and cheese sandwich isn't complete without a generous portion of meat. Serving a sandwich that is mostly cheese and light on the ham means the line crew missed the mark on basic prep. We are passing this directly to the management team so they can ensure proper meat portions on every order.
