My wife and I went through the drive-through last night for dinner. Our order was taken very quickly. We drove up to the window and we were greeted by the most friendly worker. She was so courteous and helpful. Our order was given to us in about a minute... no exaggeration! Got home with the food and it was great! We eat at this Arby's about once or twice a month and have been for 20 plus years. This type of great service is pretty much always the case here. As a matter of fact, this Arby's has the best, fastest service of any fast food restaurant in Greencastle... and this has always been the case! Excellent job!!!

Good was made perfect . Staff was cordial and professional . Problem is they have two potholes literally right in line of pulling up to the ordering speaker that u can’t really miss one is literally a foot deep and about 3 ft in diameter . Maybe bigger . I hit one of them today coming around the corner to order my food and my rims were 2800$ and now driver side rear is leaking air out of the bead where the tire meets the rim. Hopefully it can be fixed if not may go after Arby’s for the damages . It’s not bad it’s unreal . I’ll go back and take pictures tmrw . I mentioned it to the staff and they said they would mention it to the GM but someone gonna pay for my rim when it’s literally in the drive through line and unavoidable. U can’t miss it so it’s Arby’s fault 200 percent . Take pride in your building. The inside is super clean and the food is good but the parking lot is honestly sad and now doing damage to people cars Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

The cashier was very friendly and easy to talk to. Other than many other Arby's I have been to some major exciting choices are available POTATO CAKES!!!! Not only that but at this Arby's I had ordered a meat mountain and it was actually hot. At all other Arby's I have been to it has always been cold meat. Would highly recommend coming back for the food and service. Only concern was the floor was very sticky which could have been from a recent spill from another customer. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

Scoring a piping hot Meat Mountain and the legendary return of Potato Cakes is an absolute home run, Dustin!
