Let’s play a game, how many times can they mess up your sandwich and forget an item. The Arby’s in front of walmart in Festus is better and in Arnold

That is a game we absolutely hate losing. Forgetting items and messing up sandwiches is not how we honor the meats, and it is disappointing to hear this location isn't matching the high standards of our Festus and Arnold teams. We are sharing this feedback with leadership to get this kitchen back on the winning track.

It would be really helpful to update your info seeing how this location is NOT open 24hrs anymore so when people r starving and pull and get out make the long walk to the door and see it's locked then have to try and find good in loves at 2 am that is never made is a big disappointment this is the Arby's inside the loves truck stop on Herculaneum mo Service: 1

I came in last night and both young men were amazing. Isaiah helped me on the register with excellent customer service and the young man in the kitchen got my food to me quick and he also was very polite. Great job ARBYS. We need more young men like these in the service industry. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
