After waiting 9 minutes to get my two roast beef sandwiches so disappointed the buns were not soft felt like I was eating day old bread i couldn't finish it too. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We know your time is valuable, Denise, so combining a long wait with a stale, unappetizing bun is a double defeat. Our sandwiches should always be served up hot, fresh, and structurally perfect from the very first bite. This feedback is heading directly to local management to get their speed and quality control back up to our bold standards.
