We used to go here often but since my husband got a grisley bbq pork sandwhich and it went downhill from there. The lady manager didn't care about the poor product or resolving the issue so he ordered a new sandwhich and she charged him full price. Now he won't hear of going there anymore. Usually the people there were great but 1 bad apple spoiled it. Also they don't take 'corporate" coupons. Tried to reach the owner but link said no longer taking reviews... What a mess Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

A great visit requires top-tier food and a supportive staff that is ready to step up and correct any errors on the spot. Thank you for keeping it real about this frustrating encounter and the broken feedback links, Ay, as it highlights exactly where our customer service needs a total reset. We will work hard to retrain our frontline crew so we can earn back your trust.
