I love Arby’s but this location was on another level. Didn’t get her name because she did not provide a receipt but whoever the lady is that is working drive through open shift on may 6th needs to find a job she likes more. Greeted me with nothing but annoyance for simply existing and then refused to give me any more than 2 packets of sauce. The service here was terrible on all counts. Will never be back to this location. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Ashley, we’re sorry your drive-thru experience didn’t feel welcoming or meet expectations with your request for sauce. This is not the experience we want for our guests. We take pride in our quality meats and bold flavors, and we also expect friendly, respectful service. We’ll share your feedback with the team for review.

Don't get me wrong I love Arby's but my experience tonight I don't think I'll eat there again. I ordered two large meals got up to the window and paid. I had just gotten off work it was after 9pm I hadn't eaten all day I was hungry. First we got our Large drinks then she asked me to pull forward so I did. We didn't wait long but I checked the bag just in case. The only thing correct was the sandwich. Small fries and potato cakes no dipping sauce for the tenders. Was I angry no. I went back in the woman at the counter was rude and making unnecessary comments. Pissed off like I came in and unloaded on her. The only reason why I go to Arby's is for the Bronco berry sauce. Can't get enough of that stuff. So what did my efforts get for all this drama you may ask. I received one hot sandwich, a large fry two large drinks, cold chicken tenders and cold slimmy potato cakes. Not worth the effort maybe ebay will have my beloved Bronco berry sauce. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
