I got the gyro and it was excellent. Wife and niece for regular Arby fare and it was good. Service was adequate but counter server had a bad attitude. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

Our Greek Gyro is a total sleeper hit, so we are thrilled it hit the mark alongside the classic sandwiches. However, dealing with a sour attitude at the counter completely takes the joy out of the meal, Dixon. We are addressing this with our front-of-house team right away to ensure our hospitality is just as excellent as the food.

The employees have always been friendly. The drive through lane is a bit awkward with the location of concrete curbs. Their food is usually pretty good for Arby's and served pretty quickly. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Response from the owner hace 5 meses

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Donovan. We're glad to hear our team has been friendly and that you enjoy the food. We appreciate your feedback about the drive-thru layout and will keep it in mind. Looking forward to making your next visit a 5-star experience!

Went yesterday morning ordered one little skinny chicken sandwich that ended up costing me $10.77. I would have expected two sandwiches for that price. The girl on the intercom , I couldn't understand at all.just ordered my sandwich and drove to Window. Besides not being Friendly or Happy at all , I don't blame her , she's probably not been trained enough. But no matter, I will not be going there again. And will tell others of my experience...
