The owner definitely needs to checkout his employees here. I went through the drive thru. After the car in front of me pulled out of line and seemed angry, it was my turn. So I pull up, get asked if I’m using the mobile app which I replied no and heard nothing after. When I said hello I get greeted with a male and a female yelling hangon several times. Beyond rude and shitty. Knowing I wouldn’t be eating here, I was shitty back as well. As I sit here across the street eating my McDonald’s, it’s utter chaos in the parking lot! The drive thru line is backed up. People are turning around and there’s a traffic jam in the parking lot of angry looking people. It’s had to imagine how much money this place has lost in the last 30 minutes alone. I rarely take time to write a bad review but this place deserved a novel today Service: 1

Order was completely wrong. Had to keep telling the guy at the window what we were missing. He repeated back what I ordered at the speaker but when I got my receipt I was completely missing a meal. I asked several times for ketchup and napkins and still left w/o ketchup or napkins. I would not go back to this Arby's. if I could give 0 stars I would. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
