I had a very disappointing experience at Arby’s. While placing my order, I politely said that I couldn’t hear what the employee was saying. Instead of repeating themselves calmly, they started yelling at me, which made me feel embarrassed and disrespected. Customers deserve to be treated with patience and respect. I understand that work can be stressful, but raising your voice at a customer is not acceptable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers have a better experience. Price per person: $30–40 Service: 1 Recommended dishes: Curly Fries

No one should ever be yelled at or embarrassed just for asking an employee to repeat themselves, Dinesh. We completely agree that patience and respect are non-negotiable, regardless of how stressful a shift might be. We are taking your feedback straight to the store's management team to ensure this staff member is disciplined and retrained on basic customer service.

Terrible customer service. Restaurant has 20 mins before closing, and waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Ended up pulling up to window and honked, worker is cleaning and just stares at me, then another comes over and claims they didn't realize their headset was off. And they claimed it would take 20 minutes for a simple roast beef sandwich meal. Do you job until you close, don't lie just because you don't wanna work til closing. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We're sorry to hear about your recent experience, T. That's certainly not the kind of service we aim to provide. Your feedback is important, and we'll be addressing this with our team.

Great Arby's experience tonight. I ordered allot of food, more than you'd think is normally acceptable. I thought it was gonna be awhile, but it came out super fast, and was all on point. Great job to the lady's running Arby's tonight. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
