Let me start by saying Kale is doing a great job. Excellent customer service. Actually was cleaning. Was not taking the stress of fast food out on the customers. While the manager was visibly unhappy and short with verbal communication, she wasn't any more rude than that. The dining room was filthy. Sticky floor and the pop machine area was dirty and sticky. The cook would make food and then get on their phone. I wholeheartedly understand being short staffed and busy (there was only 3 customers at the time i was there). I have ran a few different fast food and dine in restaurants. Just a little extra would have been better customer service. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

As far as Arby's go, pretty standard. Food was as expected but also better lol got what we ordered and the service was pretty good. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
