I ordered a double beef with tomato, lettuce and sauce and it was delicious. I also ordered the new BBQ Pork Brisket sandwich. It was very small and the taste was mediocre and it cost $10. What a total disappointment. I will never order that again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 5

While we are thrilled that the double beef hit the mark, it is a huge bummer that the BBQ Pork Brisket sandwich fell so short on size and flavor for that price tag, Todd. When you spend $10 on a premium item, it needs to be piled high and absolutely delicious. I love Arby's! Everyone is always kind and accommodating. My grandson is a picky eater & Arby's always helps us figure out a way to do a sandwich he wants. I'm a huge fan of the Market Fresh Reuben & BLT. I don't understand negative reviews. Meat sandwiches & excellent sides. Wish they'd bring back the chicken Ceasars salad Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5

Had poor food hygiene skills. When we add the issue to just get a refund. The employee can’t give a refund but also was picking his nose why we were addressing the problem. We left without our food and without our money. Very disappointed. Update called corporate and they told me they would refund my money. It has been almost a week and still no refund. This place is the worse.
