Ordered 3 beef and cheddar and two 4 piece mozzarella sticks. I got home and had 3 regular roast beef sandwiches. I’m highly upset , nothing like paying $6 for a sandwich just for it to end up being a regular sandwich. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We aim for 100% accuracy, but it sounds like we dropped the ball on the meal you received during your visit, Heather. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when you were looking forward to enjoying your meal at home but couldn’t because the wrong items were included. Worst Arby's location I've ever been to! Would give 0 stars if possible. We waited at the drive thru window for 20+ minutes, they had to ask us what we ordered twice after we paid & still got our order wrong. We literally got two beef & cheddar meals, nothing difficult. The staff are extremely unprofessional & rude as well, they huffed and puffed at us every time they had to ask us what we had. When we finally got our food, the fries were stone cold (they only gave us one small fry when we should have had 2 medium fries with the meal) & the sandwiches looked VERY hastily thrown together, very gross looking, all cheese on one side, meat & bread very cold etc. We didn't have the time to go back after already waiting so long. Do not go to this location unless you go inside and hive time for them to remake your order, or risk wasting your money Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
