I was behind a gentleman who had just placed his order. I then placed my order and we were waiting for our orders to be prepared. While we were waiting, a lady came in and placed a to-go order for two sandwiches, one of which being what I had ordered, as well. In just a couple of minutes, she was given her order and off she went! The gentleman ahead of me finally got his order about 4-5 minutes later. When they handed him his food, they asked if they could help me. I said I had ordered a Reuben meal about 15 minutes ago. They looked at the screen and said, Oh! I am so sorry! I’ll fix that right now. Really?!? After 15 minutes? You haven’t even fixed my food?!? No thank you! I asked for my money back. She said it “should” go back on my card in 30 minutes or less. If not, I’ll make another trip to Arby’s! On the way out the door, she snidely said “Have a blessed day!” It’s hard to have a blessed day with an inept crew not paying more attention! From now on, I’ll allow other restaurants to “bless” me! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went there on Nov 16 at around 9pm There was no one to be seen in the restaurant. Me and friend stopped to grab something quick. We could no tell if the restaurant was open or closed. It was very unclean. Finally, someone came out but the staff member just walked out and sat down with a male companion who walked in the door. It took another 10 minutes to get someone to take our order. The female staff member and her companion were making rude and harassing remarks toward my friend that was with me because of the way he looked. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had at an Arby's I really dont understand how a place like this stays in business. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
