Whenever i went in tonight i literally waited like 15 minutes for 3things,didn’t got my sauce i ordered and the guy who was working the front was walking around like a lost puppy not to mention i was given cold tenders. Very disappointed Meal type: Dinner

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

Arby's Sauce and Horsey Sauce are essential to the experience! We’re sorry we left you hanging and that your chicken tenders weren't fresh, Jayy. We'll be using this feedback to help improve moving forward.

I went here to order a classic roast beef sandwich meal to try the XL size and they completely skimped on fries. I had maybe a medium size portion of fries and they gave me the beef and cheddar sandwich instead which tastes disgusting. Waste of $15. This arby’s does good most of the time but please double check and read back the order every time. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Response from the owner hace 4 meses

We aim for 100% accuracy, but it sounds like we dropped the ball on your entire meal today. We’re sorry for the mix-up and that your food fell short of our standards, Sarah. We’ll be sure to share this with our team to ensure it’s addressed.

The food was very good, exactly what you would expect from Arby's. The only issue we had was the service because they were understaffed and had one guy doing the work of three. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Response from the owner hace 5 meses
