The service was good and everyone was nice. I ordered the half pound cheesesteak sandwich and I’m honestly disappointed. Paid $15 for hamburger helper on a bun. It was very sloppy and messy to eat, the bun split apart so I had to eat it from a plate with a fork. And the actual steak, cheese and onion filling was very bland despite the overpowering onion flavor from the half of an onion added to the sandwich. Personally did not find it appetizing, or worth the money. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

While we are glad the crew treated you with great hospitality, McKenzie, serving up a messy, bland cheesesteak that falls apart is a major defeat. Paying premium money means you deserve a structurally sound masterpiece, not a sloppy meal that requires a fork. Went through drive-thru. Asked for a regular roast beef sandwich curly fries and their little peach cobbler sticks. Got charged for everything. Got home and of course I'm missing the curly fries last week. Same thing. I don't do three strikes. You're out two strikes you're out. I will never come back to this one Food: 3 Service: 2

Had already taken bites before my husband noticed his sandwich was very very pink. We took photos because we were worried it'd make us sick, removed as much of the pink as possible, but continued eating the food we bought because we also assumed you wouldn't serve us undercooked meat. We got food poisoning the next day! I sent these photos to a friend who worked at this location for years, and she confirmed that it was undercooked. I will not be coming to Magna Arby's (or any Arby's) any time soon, unless I want to puke and poop water for 12 hours straight. Thanks.
