It is awesome to hear that we still hit the mark after some time away, Brad. We take a lot of pride in serving up hearty, flavorful combos that satisfy your cravings, and the restaurant leadership will definitely share this great shoutout with the whole team.

Had a line full of customers at at the drive-thru at 9:50 and the employees acted like nobody was even there. We sat there for over 10 minutes and then they told us we're closed Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We know your time is valuable, and we’re sorry for the long wait in our Drive-Thru, Caleb. We aim to serve our guests right up until closing and we'll be using it to help improve moving forward.

Worst Arby's I have ever been to. Dirty floors, dirty tables. Garbage overflowing, sauce pumps empty, employees were rude . NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace 5 meses

We pride ourselves on providing a welcoming and clean environment for our guests, Brian. At Arby’s, we’re committed to attentive service, and it’s clear we fell short during your visit. We’ll review this with our team to address cleanliness and service standards, and we hope you’ll give us another chance to provide the experience you expect.
